Subtable of / inherits from: Physical media database/Collectables database

I may want the more structured part of this database (title, year, rating) be in one table but have the reviews, comments about them, etc. be in a wiki.

Or should that text be in the same table, too, and just teach the wiki to pull the article content from a different location?
