Suppose you were blessed with the perfect woman... She cooked so good that you never wanted to eat out; you only wanted to eat in. She was so beatiful that even on the days when she was not good-looking she was still looking good.
Your true Christianity is most tested in relationships.
(Oh you didn't hear what I said! We need to teach that in the [classroom].) It's not tested in how well you know the sanctuary. It's not tested in whether you know the 27 Fundamentals.
No, true Christianity is tested in how you treat those around you. Can we love those who despise us and willfully misuse us. We know what they've said and we know what they've done but yet still we've got to love them.
Jesus tells us, (no matter how hard we try to evade the issue the true measure of our love for him is reflected in how we treat each other.
And here comes a serious issue... If we can't treat each other as God would have us to down here, then how do you think we will do it up there?
