[edit] Filter management

Needs an easier way to create/handle/manage/move filters. Often I create a filter in one account (or for Local Folders) but I want to move it to a different account. Or I want to duplicate a folder and then edit it. There needs to be a Move command (move to a different account), Duplicate command (duplicate and edit).

Allow expressions using operators (subject contains AND (body = '...' OR ...))

I hate how you can't use both ANDs and ORs in your searches.
